NH Sportsplex will now be offering the area's most comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for all athletes who are motivated to improve their athletic performance. We have hand-picked a professional staff of elite strength and conditioning specialists to help develop the most cutting edge programs that will develop athletic speed, agility, quickness, conditioning, strength, power and reduce injury risks.

Plex Performance has been designed to intergrate its performance enhancement programs around the needs of every coach and athlete's needs. We understand the demands that each practice and competitive event has and our training staff will make every effort to keep athletes healthy, performing at their best, and increasing your edge against the competition!

 Our new strength and conditioning programs will consist of four (4) athlete training programs offered each season (summer, fall, winter & spring).

  • Athletic Performance Enhancement (2 hours)
  • Speed & Conditioning (1 hour)
  • Strength Training (1 hour)
  • Youth Athlete Development (ages 9-13)

 

Fall Conditioning Camp
July 26th - August 5th (2 weeks Monday - Thursday)
9:00-10:30am or 3:30-5:00pm

6 sessions $135.00 choose 3 sessions per week

8 sessions $150.00 choose 4 sessions per week
